Text

As used in this chapter and all laws referring to this chapter:

(1)"Fence" means a structure that is a boundary or barrier that limits human, livestock, or vehicle ingress or egress in an area; and (2) "Livestock" means cattle, bison, horses, sheep, goats, asses, mules, and swine.
