Text
(a)The Secretary of the Department of Agriculture shall employ a State Veterinarian.
(b)The State Veterinarian shall be a person who has been granted the degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and holds a current license issued by the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission.
