Text

(a)The State Plant Board is authorized to fix and promulgate as the official standard of this state for any agricultural product or container the standard for the product or container which may have been promulgated or announced therefor under the authority of the United States Congress.
(b)In carrying out the provisions of this subchapter, the Director of the State Plant Board is authorized to cooperate with the United States or any department thereof in accomplishing the matters and things provided for in this subchapter.
