§ 2-2-202 — Penalty
Arkansas·Title 2
(a)Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 2-2-201 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
(b)Each violation of any provision of § 2-2-201 shall be deemed a separate offense.
