Text
It shall be a violation of this subchapter for any person to:
(1)Distribute a soil amendment that is not registered with the State Plant Board;
(2)Distribute a soil amendment that is not labeled;
(3)Distribute a soil amendment that is misbranded;
(4)Distribute a soil amendment that is adulterated;
(5)Fail to comply with a stop-sale, use, or removal order; or (6) Fail to pay the inspection fee.
