Text
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)"Board" means the State Plant Board;
(2)"Person" means individuals, partnerships, corporations, associations, or two (2) or more individuals having a joint or common interest; and (3) "Seed" means any agricultural seeds or plants used to produce a crop.
