Text
The State Plant Board shall carry out and enforce the provisions of this subchapter and is empowered to:
(1)Promulgate rules;
(2)Carry out necessary inspections;
(3)Appoint and fix the duties of personnel; and (4) Provide such equipment as may be necessary to enforce the provisions hereof.
