Text

(a)All fees, interest, penalties, and costs collected by the State Plant Board as authorized by law shall be deposited into the State Treasury on or before the fifth day of the month next following the month of collection thereof.
(b)Upon receipt of the funds, the Treasurer of State shall, after deducting therefrom the collection charge authorized by law, credit the net amount to the credit of the Plant Board Fund to be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement of the board.
(c)All fees, fines, penalties, moneys, and funds arising from all sources resulting from the enforcement, operation, investigation, application, and administration of the laws under the jurisdiction of the Arkansas Bureau of Standards of the State Plant Board and the sale of property resulting from said p
