Text

(a)The State Plant Board shall adopt rules to implement and administer this subchapter.
(b)Rules adopted by the board shall:
(1)Prescribe the sampling, inspection, and testing procedures to ensure that the tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of industrial hemp planted, grown, or harvested in this state is not more than the acceptable hemp tetrahydrocannabinol level as defined by federal law; and (2) Provide due process for growers, including an appeals process.
(c)The Department of Agriculture shall, upon request, provide the Division of Arkansas State Police and each local law enforcement agency information regarding the industrial hemp production program under this subchapter.
(d)The board may establish and collect fees to administer the program.
