(a)This chapter does not limit the authority of or prohibit a person licensed under any other act in this state from engaging in the practice for which he or she is licensed, including without limitation physicians licensed under the Arkansas Chiropractic Practices Act, § 17-81-101 et seq., § 17-91-101 et seq., § 17-95-101 et seq., or § 17-96-101 et seq.
(b)This chapter does not restrict a physician's ability to practice physical medicine and rehabilitation when licensed under § 17-91-101 et seq., § 17-95-101 et seq., § 17-96-101 et seq., or the Arkansas Chiropractic Practices Act, § 17-81-101 et seq.
