Text

(a)In all examinations held by any and all state boards, commissions, or bureaus for the purpose of examining applicants for any license or permit to engage in any profession, trade, or employment, all applicants for such examinations who are veterans of the United States Army, United States Navy, United States Marine Corps, or Nurses of the United States shall have a credit of ten percent (10%) over and above all applicants who are not such veterans or nurses.
(b)The only requirement on the part of the applicant for examination to secure credit of ten percent (10%) shall be the delivery to the examining board, commission, or bureau of the original or a duly and properly executed certified copy of an honorable discharge from the United States Army, United States Navy, United States Marin
