(a) The Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy may revoke any permit issued under this subchapter in the event the holder thereof allows any person other than an Arkansas-licensed pharmacist or those students or graduates of a college of pharmacy serving an internship to fill prescriptions, compound and dispense drugs or medicines, or otherwise perform the duties and functions of a licensed pharmacist. (b) Whenever any person, firm, partnership, estate, or corporation holding any permit issued under this subchapter obtains a permit by false representations or knowingly violates any of the pharmacy laws or fails to comply with the rules of the board passed by authority of the pharmacy laws, the board shall revoke the holder's pharmacy permit. (c) The board shall also revoke any permit issued under this subchapter when information in possession of the board shall disclose that the operations for which the permit was issued are not being conducted according to law or are being conducted so as to endanger the public health or safety.
