(a)(1) Before revoking a certificate of licensure, license, registration, or permit, the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy shall give the person ten (10) days' notice in writing to appear before the board, at the time and place as the board may direct, to show cause why his or her certificate should not be revoked.
(2)The notice shall be signed by the Executive Director of the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy or the executive director's designee and shall set forth in clear and concise language the nature of the charge against the person.
(3)Mailing a copy of the notice by registered mail, addressed to the person at his or her address appearing upon the records of the board concerning the issuance of his or her certificate or the last renewal thereof, shall be sufficient service of notic
