Text

(a)It shall be the duty of the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy to issue bulletins from time to time, informing pharmacists of important United States public health regulations, service and regulatory announcements of the United States Natural Resources Conservation Service in the United States Department of Agriculture, and decisions of the United States Department of the Treasury relating to the possession, use, and sale of nonbeverage United States Pharmacopoeia alcohol and to the Harrison-Wright Antinarcotic Act.
(b)The board shall make a written report on September 1 of each year to the Secretary of the Department of Health and to the Arkansas Pharmacist's Association of all its proceedings, orders, rules, and requirements, of its receipts and disbursements, including also the names
