§ 17-87-702 — Certificate required
Arkansas·Title 17
In order to safeguard life and health, any person serving or offering to serve as a medication assistive person shall:
(1)Submit evidence that he or she is qualified to so serve; and (2) Be certified as provided in this subchapter.
