Text
It shall be unlawful for any person to:
(1)Sell or purchase a license or permit in a manner not authorized by this chapter;
(2)Willfully alter, with the intent to defraud, any license or permit;
(3)Represent as a valid license or permit one which has been purchased, fraudulently obtained, counterfeited, or materially altered; or (4) Willfully make a false material statement in any application to the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers.
