Text

(a)For one (1) year beginning July 3, 1989, the Arkansas Dietetics Licensing Board shall waive the examination requirement and grant a license to any person who:
(1)Has received a baccalaureate or postbaccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited United States college or university with a program in human nutrition, food and nutrition, dietetics, or food systems management;
(2)Has completed a planned continuous preprofessional experience component in dietetic practice of not fewer than nine hundred (900) hours under the supervision of a registered dietitian or licensed dietitian; and (3) Has been employed in the practice of dietetics for at least three (3) of the last ten (10) years preceding July 3, 1989; or (4) Is registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
