Text

(a)Each holder of a license under the provisions of this chapter shall be privileged to use after his or her name:
(1)Any of the following terms: "Doctor of Chiropractic"; "Chiropractic Physician"; "Chiropractor"; and "D.C."; and (2) The use of titles from any special certification issued through courses or seminars of instruction for professional learning by colleges conducting or sponsoring such courses or seminars holding status with the Council on Chiropractic Education or those titles issued in like manner, not excluding honorary titles, by instruction and sponsored by the International Chiropractors Association or the American Chiropractic Association.
(b)Nothing in this section shall exclude the use of titles issued by colleges or universities accredited by the United States Depa
