Text
(a)(1) The Director of the Arkansas State Medical Board and the Director of the Arkansas State Board of Chiropractic Examiners shall file with the Secretary of State within one (1) week of the issuance of a license:
(A)The name of the person licensed;
(B)The date of license;
(C)The last known post office address of the person licensed; and (D) Whether the license was granted:
(i)On examination before the Arkansas State Medical Board or the Arkansas State Board of Chiropractic Examiners;
(ii)By reciprocity and, if so, the name of the state which issued the license; or (iii) On a diploma and, if so, the name of the school or medical college which issued the diploma.
