Text
(a)The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall establish and collect fees not to exceed the maximum amounts as follows:
(1)Contractor's license - well drilling ............... $200.00 (2) Contractor's license - pump installer ............... 200.00 (3) Contractor's license - well drilling and pump installer ............... 400.00 (4) Rig permit fee ............... 160.00 (5) Registration fee - well driller ............... 150.00 (6) Registration fee - pump installer ............... 150.00 (7) Registration fee - apprentice ............... 150.00 (b) The commission shall not reduce fees for any license or rig permit even though it may be valid for less than a full license or permit year.
