(a)Licenses issued pursuant to this subchapter are not transferable and shall expire on July 31 of each year.
(b)As a condition for license renewal the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission may require the licensee or its agent to complete a program of continuing education.
(c)(1) (A) The water well contractor shall renew the license annually by applying no later than thirty (30) days after the expiration date and paying the applicable fee.
(B)When the water well contractor submits the renewal materials and fee, the commission shall extend the validity of the current license until the water well contractor receives the new license or the applicant is notified by the commission that it has refused to renew the license.
