Text
All fees, civil penalties, or payments of any type collected by the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission under this chapter shall be deposited into one (1) or more banks qualifying for the deposit of public funds to be used by the commission for the proper administration of this chapter. The deposits shall be audited under the rules prescribed by the Department of Finance and Administration.
