Text
(a)The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall cause to have prepared and shall adopt a code of ethics, a copy of which shall be delivered to every registrant and applicant for registration under this chapter.
(b)The delivery shall constitute due notice to all registrants.
(c)The commission may revise and amend this code of ethics from time to time and shall forthwith notify each registrant in writing of revisions and amendments.
(d)The code of ethics shall apply to all certificate holders.
