§ 17-47-309 — Reissuance
Arkansas·Title 17
A new certificate of registration to replace any certificate lost, destroyed, or mutilated may be issued subject to the rules of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission. A reasonable charge shall be made for reissuance.
