Text

(a)Examinations shall be held at times and places which the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall determine.
(b)Examinations required on fundamental soil subjects may be taken at any time prescribed by the commission.
(c)The final examinations may not be taken until the applicant has completed a period of soil classifying experience as provided in this chapter.
(d)A candidate failing one (1) examination may apply for reexamination which may be granted upon payment of a fee established by the commission of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
