Text

The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall:

(1)Keep a record of its proceedings and of all applications for registration which shall show the name, age, and last known address of each applicant, his or her education, experience, and other qualifications, type of examination required, whether or not a certificate of registration was granted, whether or not the applicant was rejected, the date of the action of the commission, and other information which may be deemed necessary by the commission. The record of the commission shall be prima facie evidence of the proceeding of the commission. A transcript thereof certified by authorized personnel shall be admissible as evidence with the same force and effect as if the original were produced;
(2)Annually submit to the Secretary of the Dep
