Text

The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall have the power to:

(1)Administer this chapter;

(2)Adopt and amend all bylaws and rules of procedure to administer and carry out the provisions of this chapter and for the conduct of its affairs and functions, consistent with this chapter and the Arkansas Constitution and laws of this state, which may be reasonably necessary for the proper performance of its duties and the regulation of its proceedings, meetings, records, examinations, and the conduct thereof;

(3)Adopt and promulgate a code of ethics which shall be binding upon all persons registered under or subject to this chapter;

(4)[Repealed.]

(5)Apply in the name of the state for relief by injunction, without bond, enforce the provisions of this chapter, or restrain any violation th

In this proceeding it shall not be necessary to allege or prove either that an adequate remedy at law does not exist or that substantial or irreparable damage would result from the continued violation thereof. The members of the commission shall not be personally liable under this proceeding; and (6) Enter into agreements with the Department of Agriculture to share office, clerical, and secretarial services and to reimburse the department for the cost of the services.
