Text
Each certificate of registration issued by the Arkansas State Board of Sanitarians shall expire on June 30 following the date of issuance. A renewal certificate may be issued:
(1)To the holder of a current certificate of registration who makes application before the expiration of his or her current certificate and pays a renewal fee of twenty dollars ($20.00). Satisfactory proof of complying with the board's continuing education requirements must accompany renewal applications; and (2) To a former registered sanitarian whose certificate has been suspended or revoked, who makes application not more than sixty (60) days after the expiration date of the last certificate issued to him or her, and who pays a renewal fee of forty dollars ($40.00) and complies with continuing education requireme
