Text

(a)It is unlawful to:
(1)Engage in unlicensed real estate activity; or (2) Violate this chapter:
(A)Individually; or (B) As an officer, agent, or member of a firm, corporation, partnership, copartnership, association, limited liability company, or other entity by participating in or being an accessory to a violation of this chapter by the firm, corporation, partnership, copartnership, association, limited liability company, or other entity.
(b)A commissioner of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission, the Executive Director of the Arkansas Real Estate Commission, a commissioner's designee, the executive director's designee, or any licensee residing in the county where the violation occurs may by affidavit institute criminal proceedings for a violation of this chapter without filing a bond
