Text

A license or credential when issued shall be in the form prescribed by the Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police and shall include the:

(1)Name of the licensee or credential holder;

(2)Name under which the licensee or credential holder is to operate; and (3) License or credential number and date of expiration.
