§ 17-29-306 — Renewal

(a)(1) (A) A licensee under this subchapter who wishes to continue the practice of the science of embalming or the business of funeral directing, or both, shall pay a renewal fee to the State Board of Embalmers, Funeral Directors, Cemeteries, and Burial Services by the last day of the calendar year of expiration of the license.
(B)A licensee may pay the renewal fee required under subdivision (a)(1)(A) of this section:
(i)Annually; or (ii) Biennially.
(2)A license not renewed by the last day of the calendar year of expiration of the license is delinquent.
(3)The board may renew a license after the last day of the calendar year of expiration of the license if during the first twelve (12) months of delinquency the licensee submits a renewal form, renewal fee, and any delinquency fees as
