§ 17-17-402 — Applicability
Arkansas·Title 17
The provisions of this subchapter shall apply only to:
(1)Auctioneers who were licensed at the time of the occurrence of the acts or violations complained of; and (2) Acts or violations which occur after December 31, 1999.
