Text

(a)(1) A person may prefer charges of fraud, deceit, gross negligence, incompetency, or misconduct against a registrant.
(2)The charges shall be:
(A)In writing;
(B)Sworn to by the person making them; and (C) Filed with the Secretary of the Arkansas State Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designers.
(b)All charges deemed worthy of consideration by the board shall be heard by the board within three (3) months after the date upon which they are received by the secretary.
(c)(1) The time and place for the hearing shall be fixed by the board.
(2)A copy of the charges, together with a notice of the time and place of hearing, shall be personally served on the registrant accused or shall be mailed to the registrant at his or her last known address at least thirty (30)
