§ 17-104-309 — Investigation of complaints
Arkansas·Title 17
(a)The State Board of Health shall adopt rules concerning the investigation of a complaint filed with the Department of Health. The rules adopted under this section shall:
(1)Ensure that complaints are not dismissed without appropriate consideration; and (2) Ensure that the person who filed the complaint has an opportunity to explain the allegations made in the complaint.
(b)The department shall dispose of all complaints in a timely manner.
