Text
(a)Each member of the Arkansas State Board of Acupuncture and Related Techniques shall be a citizen of the United States, a resident of this state, and, before entering upon the duties of the office, shall take the oath prescribed by the Arkansas Constitution for state officers and shall file it with the Secretary of State who shall thereupon issue to each person so appointed a certificate of appointment.
(b)Each full professional member also shall be a graduate of a reputable school or institute of acupuncture or Oriental medicine and be certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
