Text

(a)(1) The Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission, at such times as it may designate, shall conduct an examination of applicants for license to practice veterinary medicine in the State of Arkansas.
(2)All examinations shall be:
(A)In writing, supplemented by oral interviews and practical examinations as the commission may deem necessary; and (B) So conducted as to ensure absolute impartiality in grading.
(b)The commission hereby adopts the National Board Examination and the Clinical Competency Test, or the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination, or its future equivalent, as a basis for licensure in the State of Arkansas, along with a written examination conducted by the commission.
(c)The commission requires that all applicants for licensure to practice veterinary medicin
