(a)(1) In executing a judgment of confinement, the county sheriff shall deliver the defendant with a certified standardized copy of the sentencing order to the Division of Correction, Division of Community Correction, or to another detention facility, as indicated in the sentencing order.

(2)If electronic filing of court records has been implemented by the circuit clerk in the county where the defendant's conviction occurred, the standardized copy of the sentencing order may be electronically transmitted by the circuit clerk to the Division of Correction, the Division of Community Correction, or to another detention facility, as indicated in the sentencing order.

(b)The standardized copy of the sentencing order shall be developed by a committee composed of:

(1)Three (3) members appoint

(b) The standardized copy of the sentencing order shall be developed by a committee composed of: (1) Three (3) members appointed by the Secretary of the Department of Corrections, to include: (A) One (1) member with experience in records for confined offenders; (B) One (1) member with experience in records for offenders on supervision; and (C) One (1) member with experience in offender management systems; (2) One (1) member appointed by the Chair of the Arkansas Sentencing Commission; (3) One (1) member appointed by the Administrative Office of the Courts; (4) One (1) member appointed by the Prosecutor Coordinator; and (5) One (1) member appointed by the Executive Director of the Arkansas Public Defender Commission.
