Text

(a)The state's responsibility for training and providing additional judicial education to circuit judges, district judges, circuit clerks, district court clerks, case coordinators, court reporters, and all other personnel directly associated with the state's courts shall be administered by the Administrative Office of the Courts.
(b)The Administrative Office of the Courts shall have the authority to assess and collect fees for tuition and registration for educational programs it offers.
