Text

In all judgments or decrees rendered by any court of justice for any debt, damages, or costs, and on all executions issued thereon, the amount shall be computed, as near as may be, in dollars and cents, rejecting smaller fractions. No judgment or other proceeding shall be considered erroneous for such an omission. Rev. Stat., ch. 100, § 2; C. & M. Dig., § 7351; Pope's Dig., § 9390; A.S.A. 1947, § 29-115.
