OPINION OF THE COURT
On summary consideration, order affirmed, with costs. Plaintiff’s claims under the insurance policies fall within the policies’ exclusions and defendant insurance companies are relieved of their obligations to defend and indemnify. The exception to the exclusion for contractual liability when read in conjunction with the other policy exclusions does not lead to a contrary result.
Concur: Chief Judge Cooke and Judges Jasen, Gabrielli, Jones, Wachtler, Fuchsberg and Meyer.
