Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The petition seeking a belated appeal of the order rendered on or about September 10,1999, denying petitioner’s amended motion to withdraw plea in Duval County Circuit Court Case No. 98-4344-CF, is granted. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be furnished to the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as a notice of appeal. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.140(j)(6)(B).
