Opinion
Deshawn Dupree Smith appeals, following a jury trial, his convictions of attempted first-degree robbery (§§ 564.011 and 569.020), first-degree robbery (§ 569.020), and armed criminal action (§ 571.015), for which he was sentenced as a persistent felony offender to concurrent terms of ten, twenty, and ten years' imprisonment, respectively. Smith brings two points on appeal. Finding no error of law, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
