For the reasons expressed in the consolidated case of State of Louisiana v. Carey Louis Hood, 04-0666, (La.App. 3 Cir. 2/16/2005), 895 So.2d. 624, 2005 WL 356452, the judgment is affirmed in part; vacated in part and remanded for resen-tencing.

AFFIRMED IN PART; VACATED IN PART AND REMANDED FOR RESEN-TENCING.
