MILLER, Judge.

For reasons assigned in the consolidated case of State, Dept. of Highways v. Mims, 311 So.2d 914 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1975) handed down this date, the trial court judgment is reversed and the case is remanded for a new trial.

Reversed and remanded.
