Four judges would reverse the judgment of the circuit court. Four judges [784]*784would allow respondents to recover at least $40,000 under the two policies at issue. Accordingly, the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and the case is remanded for entry of judgment in respondents’ favor in the amount of $40,000, plus such other costs or assessments as are consistent herewith.
