ON MOTION FOR REHEARING GRANTED
We withdraw our previously issued opinion in this case. The order of the trial judge dated October 16, 1996, granting attorney’s fees to Ramon and Delfina Marin is vacated with instructions to withhold entry of the order until all of the issues in this litigation are resolved. Del Castillo v. Ralor Pharmacy, Inc., 512 So.2d 315 (Fla. 3d DCA 1987).
