Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner Harold Marin’s unopposed fifth Motion for Extension of Time (ECF No. 25) is GRANTED. The Court finds the motion is made in good faith and not solely for the purpose of delay. Marin has until October 13, 2023, to file a second amended petition for writ of habeas corpus.1 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED: 1. Petitioner Harold Marin’s unopposed fifth Motion for Extension of Time (ECF No. 25) is granted. DATED: August 25, 2023
