The appellant in this case is the surety on the injunction bond restraining the execution of the judgment in case No. 12,367, ante, p. 1283. Alleging an interest in said judgment and that he' was aggrieved thereby, he Appealed, and has brought up a separate-transcript. His interest in the reversal of the judgment is not. apparent and is too remote to allow him to appeal. The appeal is-dismissed at appellant’s costs.
