·' Defendants") Plea to the Jurisdiction and Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Chapter 14 of the Texas

Civil Practice and Remedies Code. Having considered Defendants· motion along with the other

pleadings filed herein, the Court orders the fo llowing:

It is hereby ORDERED that Defendants' motion is GRANTED.

It is further ORDERED that plaintiff John Eric Anderson' s suit 1s dismissed with
