OPINION OF THE COURT
On the court’s own motion, appeal taken as of right pursuant to CPLR 5601 (subd [d]) dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that it does not lie to review an order of the Appellate Division made on an appeal in a prior arbitration proceeding (Matter of Concerned Citizens to Review Jefferson Val. Mall v Town Bd. of Town of Yorktown, 54 NY2d 957). Motion for leave to appeal from the November 4,1983 order of the Appellate Division, seeking review of that order, granted.
